How does the A$400 setup fee work?
We build your website preview first. You review it and only pay the A$400 setup fee once you approve the website for launch.
What are the monthly plans?
Website Care is A$49/month and keeps the website hosted, secure, technically maintained, and working. Website + Email Care is A$99/month and adds a professional email address on your domain, small website updates, and more responsive support.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. Monthly care plans have a 3-month minimum after launch, then continue monthly unless cancelled under the agreed terms.
Are the websites built to rank well on Google?
Yes — the sites are designed to give the business a strong chance of appearing high for relevant Google searches. We focus on fast pages, mobile quality, clear service and location wording, strong calls-to-action, and Google Business Profile support. Exact positions still depend on competition, reviews, location, search demand, and ongoing activity.
What do SEO foundations include?
SEO foundations include clear service wording, location relevance, fast loading, mobile-friendly design, sensible page structure, search-friendly titles and descriptions, and Google Business Profile support where relevant.
Is business email included?
Professional business email is included in the A$99/month Website + Email Care plan. It uses your business domain, such as hello@yourbusiness.com.au. Extra email addresses can be quoted if needed.
What does the A$49/month plan include?
The A$49/month Website Care plan includes website hosting, SSL, technical upkeep, basic support, and enquiry form delivery checks. It is best for businesses that already have their own email setup and do not need regular updates.
Why is the A$99/month plan recommended?
Most local businesses benefit from the professional email address, small included updates, and more responsive support. It keeps the website and the surrounding business setup feeling more complete.
Can you set up my Google Business Profile?
Yes. We can help create, improve, or connect your Google Business Profile with clear details, categories, services, service area, contact details, and website connection. Google controls verification, approvals, and rankings.
What do you need from me?
Business name, services, service area, preferred contact details, current website or social page if you have one, logo or photos if available, and a short description of what customers should enquire about.
What counts as a small update?
Small updates include wording changes, service changes, phone number updates, opening hour updates, service area tweaks, or swapping a small amount of content. New pages, redesigns, integrations, ads, and advanced SEO campaigns are quoted separately.
Is this only for sole traders?
No. Sole traders are a good fit, but the service is also suitable for small local service businesses that need a premium-looking website, Google Profile setup, and professional online basics without a large agency process.
What if I already have a website?
That is fine. We can build a cleaner replacement or advise whether the current setup only needs smaller improvements. The process still starts with your business details and a clear discussion of what you want improved.
